Exam Pricing

We want pricing to be as clear as possible. The fees listed below reflect the cost of the physical exam and consultation onlyfor medical and wellness visits. Diagnostics, medications, and treatments are additionaland will be discussed with you before being performed.

Appointment Deposits

A deposit is required to confirm most appointments. The deposit is $50 for medical and wellness consultationsand $100 for surgical procedures. Deposits are applied toward your total invoice at checkout.

Deposits are refundable with at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require a deposit for future visits.
